sa777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sa777 may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full features of the sa777 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact number and email address.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the sa777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. If sa777 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. sa777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sa777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

sa777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

sa777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your sa777 account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. sa777 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. sa777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sa777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

sa777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sa777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sa777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

sa777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sa777 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and sa777 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

sa777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sa777 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of your account for cause, sa777 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

sa777 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved through sa777's internal customer support process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

For disputes between sa777 and a player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
